By Car
From South of East 68th Street: Take the FDR Drive north to the E. 61st Street exit. Make a right onto York Avenue and go north to 68th Street. Turn right at E. 68th Street and enter the Parking area.
From North of E. 68th Street: Take the FDR Drive south and exit at E. 71st Street. Turn right on E. 71st Street. Go one block and turn left onto York Avenue. Go three blocks, turn left onto E. 68th Street and enter the parking area.
From New Jersey: Take the George Washington Bridge (lower level) to the Harlem River Drive. Then take the FDR Drive south and exit at E. 71st Street. Turn right on E. 71st Street. Go one block and turn left onto York Avenue. Go three blocks, turn left onto E. 68th Street and enter the parking area.
By Subway
Take the #6 train to E. 68th Street/Lexington Station. Either take the M66 bus eastbound to E. 68th Street and York Avenue OR walk 4 blocks east.
From Grand Central Station (Park Avenue & 42nd Street): Follow signs to the subway and take the #6 train uptown. Then follow subway directions above.
By Bus
Cross Town: Take the M31 to the E. 69thStreet stop, directly in front of New York Presbyterian/Weill Cornell. The M31 operates north and south on York Avenue, and across town on E. 57th Street. Cross-town buses M30, M66, and M72 allow you to transfer to the M31 at York Avenue.
Uptown and Downtown: You may also take the M15 bus which travels uptown along 1st Avenue and downtown on 2nd Avenue. Exit at E. 68th Street. Either connect with the M66 line going east which also stops at E. 68th Street OR walk 1 or 2 blocks east to the hospital.
From Port Authority Terminal (42nd Street & Eighth Avenue): Take the #10 bus on Eighth Avenue going uptown. Get off at 65th Street. Transfer to the #66 bus going east. Get off at E. 68th Street and York Avenue.
Entrances & Directions to Department
E. 68th Street Main Entrance To Hospital
Upon entering, proceed straight toward the information desk. At the information desk, go to the right. Proceed down the corridor and go through a metal hall door marked M &N Wings. Ten feet after the door, you will see an elevator bank labeled N elevators to the left. Take the elevator to the Basement. Exit and go left about 30 feet where you will see the entrance to the Stich Radiation Center, Room N-046 on your left.
E. 70th Street Entrance (Closest To The Stich Radiation Center)
Enter the building numbered 530 E. 70th Street located between York Avenue and the East River. Go to the right and proceed down the corridor approximately 80 feet. You will see the entrance to the Stich Radiation Center, Room N-046 on your left. This entrance is open from 8 am to 5 pm.
E. 70th Street Handicap Entrance
Enter the C.V. Starr Pavilion, 520 E. 70th Street, between York Avenue and the East River. A handicap entry door is to the left of the revolving doors. Proceed to the right for a short distance, then make a left at the end of the corridor. Proceed ahead staying to the left of the elevator bank and make the first left. Follow this corridor to the end (there is a bend in the middle). You will see the entrance to the Stich Radiation Center, Room N-046 directly in front of you.
